1.  All on board must mantain conduct that would not endanger themselves and others.

2.  No Smoking and No Pets allowed on the vessel.

​

3. No aggressive actions will be tolerated from anyone on the vessel.

​

4. No weapons of any kind allowed on the vessel.

​

5. Drinking is allowed but the captain has the right to stop you if he feels your a

     threat to yourself and others on the vessel.

​

6. Any damages made by clients to the boat will be their responsibility to fix all 

    damages or equiptment lost at sea.

​

7. Captain is totally responsible and may at anytime end the Charter if he feels that their

     is a danger to all on the vessel due to Weather conditions, or conduct on the vessel.

​

All rules are put into place to protect everyone aboard the vessel we hope that everyone

has a great time and that everyone can catch fish.
